About Me

Kelley B. – vocals, trumpet and keyboards

A sexy chick playin’ a mean horn and singin’ too?  That’s Kelley B., a native of Agawam, Massachusetts and a graduate of Berklee College of Music Boston, MA. While at Berklee she met a student from Barbados and attended a performance of his where she won a round-trip ticket to the small Caribbean island.  After falling in love with reggae and soca music she returned to Boston to start her own band, Hot Like Fire and built a lengthy and successful career in Caribbean music.

Kelley has spent considerable time playing on the island of Trinidad and has toured the Caribbean with renown soca bands such as Atlantik, Machel Montano’s Xtatik and Spektakula calypso tent. After 25 exciting years and 4 CDs in Boston with her band Hot Like Fire, she recently moved to Florida and is touring with Miami’s top reggae band Inna Sense. In May 2016 she just recorded with Morgan Heritage. Big tings a gwan!

Kelley B. is an exciting and hot performer and keeps the audience calling for more. Just wait ’till you see her blow dat horn.
